Mycorefitness has been running courses in the local community since 2007 and offers a relaxed and friendly approach to fitness and well-being. Classes are suitable for men and women of all ages, we cater for all levels of experience from beginners to advanced in both Fitness Pilates and All-over Body Toning.

Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates is based on the original teachings of Joseph Pilates, a training technique that focuses on the mind and body to build strength from the inside out, aligning musculoskeletal imbalances.

A mat based workout with no impact focusing on core engagement to improve posture, muscle tone, balance, joint mobility and flexibility. Including weight bearing exercises to help prevent osteoporosis and reduce the risk of injury, whilst reliving stress and tension.

All-over Toning

A faster pace of class, working on the entire body to strengthen and increase muscle tone, definition and shape.
